Weight loss, enhanced strength, increased flexibility, improved posture, mental clarity, a balanced blood pressure and proper metabolism, flushing of toxins and impurities and help clean out the veins and arteries
Bikram Yoga is a 90-minute session that helps improve strength, flexibility and balance while increasing mental clarity and concentration.
The session consists of 26 positions, including two breathing exercises practiced in a room with a temperature of 105F - 110F with a humidity of 40%.
All our Bikram classes are only taught by Bikram certified teachers who have completed the intensive training program endorsed by Bikram.
